Police Search for Man after SWAT Standoff

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - Police in Cobb County are searching for a man, who sparked a swat situation in Marietta Tuesday.

SKYFOX 5 was over the scene at Cumberland Creek Place and Callaway Road as officers tried to coax the man to come out.

Police said it started as a violent domestic situation. Several people, including a 9-month old baby, made it out safely.

Authorities surrounded the home for hours only to determine that the man they were looking for was not inside.

The man’s name has not yet been released.
