Police: Sam's Club employee arrested for up-skirt photo

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - An employee of Sam’s Club in Gwinnett County faces charges after police say he took a photo under a female customer's skirt.

Police say Niayre Mitchell offered to help the woman with her groceries while she buckled her son in his car seat.

That's when she told police that she felt something on her leg and heard the click of a camera.
