Police: Refused panhandler pulls knife, demands money

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Clayton County Police said a panhandler committed a dangerous assault.

According to investigators, James Miller approached a man outside a waffle house and asked for money to buy food.

When the man refused, Miller allegedly pulled a knife, cut the man, and then forced him to hand over $20.

Miller is being held in the Clayton County Jail.
