Police: Man wanted in Georgia and two other states

SUGAR HILL, Ga. - A man is wanted in Georgia and two other states.

Police say Joseph Proctor broke into a car at the LA Fitness on Cumming Highway in Sugar Hill last month.

Later that day, someone used the victim's credit card to charge $1,700 at two Walmart stores in Gwinnett County.

Police say he has active warrants out of Tennessee and Alabama.
