Police: Man pulls gun on Waffle House employees over wrong order

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A man was in court Thursday after police said he pulled a gun on Waffle House employees because his order was wrong.

Elandrous Peoples appeared in Gwinnett County court on charges of aggravated assault.

Police said he came to pick up an order and got upset when he was given the wrong food.

They said he went behind the counter and when employees tried to move him, he pulled a gun.

According to police, the employees were able to hold him down until officers arrived.
