Police: Man arrested in deadly Kroger parking lot shooting
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies have made an arrest in a deadly shooting outside a supermarket.
Police charged 27-year-old Dra James with felony murder in connection with Tuesday's shooting.
Officials allege that James got into an argument with Jeremiah Flemister inside a Kroger on Memorial Drive.
The argument then spilled out into the parking lot when police say James opened fire at Flemister.
Flemister then stumbled into a nearby nail salon for help and was transported to the hospital, where he died.
James was found at a home in Lithonia and is now in the DeKalb County Jail.
