Police: Lovers' quarrel leaves 3 shot, wounded

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Three people were wounded following a shooting late Wednesday afternoon, according to Atlanta Police.

The shooting happened in the 300 block of Illinois Avenue. Atlanta Police said a woman, her ex-boyfriend, and her current boyfriend got into an altercation in front of the home.

The ex-boyfriend was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The current boyfriend and the woman both were suffering life-threatening injuries when they were rushed to an area hospital.

Two weapons were recovered at the scene.

Police spent the evening interviewing neighbors and possible witnesses.

The names of those involved have not been released.
