Police: Kidnapped woman found safe, suspect still on the run

NEWNAN, Ga. - Newnan Police say they have found a woman who had been kidnaped.

Kendra Richardson may have been taken by Jaterrio Lambrusco Brooks in a black 2012 Cadillac CTS two-door, authorities said. 

Richardson was found safe and without injuries in Meriwether County.

The car has a Georgia license plate number CIF7992 and last seen heading east on Lower Fayetteville Road from Shenandoah Blvd.

Police say they are still searching for Brooks but have issues warrants for his arrest for kidnapping and aggravated assault. He is considered armed and dangerous.
