ATLANTA - Police said an online feud between two rival tattoo shops led to a shooting in Little Five Points neighborhood of Atlanta late Thursday night.
It happened in front of a tattoo shop in the 1100 block of Euclid Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Atlanta Police said an off-duty officer spotted the shooting on Euclid Avenue near Moreland Avenue and chased the gunman down the alley, eventually arresting him.
Police said shots were fired at the officer, but he was not injured.
Witness said they heard anywhere between four and 12 shots in the normally busy area. APD confirms one person was taken into custody and another was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to survive.
Police said the man was shot in the left thigh and was taken by a private vehicle to Atlanta Medical Center.
The name of those involved, as well as details surrounding the feud, were not immediately available Thursday evening.
