Police: Infants found in room filled with marijuana smoke
NEWNAN, Ga. - Police have charged three parents with reckless conduct after officers say they found two infants in a room filled with marijuana smoke.
Inside the home on Spence Avenue, Newnan Police say officers found the 3-month-old infants in the room with marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales.
April Michelle Harris and Cierra Mingnion Williams were both charged.
Police also charged another man, Rashish Kwame Kimber, with marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
