Police: Armed robber hits northwest Atlanta convenience store
ATLANTA - Atlanta police are investigating an early morning armed robbery at a northwest Atlanta convenience store.
Investigators tell FOX 5 that a man wearing a mask and hat entered the Majik Market in the 2300 block of Bolton Road NW around 1:30 a.m. armed with a gun. Police say he ordered the clerk to hand over the money and reportedly made off with an estimated $7000.
It appears the suspect had an accomplice waiting for him in what police describe as a black Toyota Camry or similar model car.
