Police call 29-year-old Lonnie Favors armed, dangerous, and unstable after authorities said he shot into his family's home and struck a relative.

This is the second time he's shot and injured someone in a month, police said.

The ordeal happened Monday morning in a neighborhood off Mozart Drive and Flat Shoals Road. Around 2 a.m., police said Favors got into an argument with a cousin, and shot into the home. He struck the cousin in his rear side.

Authorities are not sure where Favors is hiding out.

A month ago, Police Chief Keith Meadows said Favors shot another cousin in the leg and was booked into the Fulton County Jail. Despite pushing for prosecutors to keep him behind bars, Favors was still released.

Favors is described as being 6'4" tall, about 240 pounds. Anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately.
