Two people are accused of running an unlicensed dental practice in Cobb County for nearly a decade.

Back in January, a woman told police she had an improper root canal procedure that caused "irreparable damage to her tooth." She told police she had it done at a place on Austell Road.

On Tuesday, police arrested Bianca Zambrano-Blanco, 35, and 40-year-old Carolina Rojas Morales. They were both charged with practicing dentistry without a license. Morales was also charged with aggravated battery.

Investigators said the unlicensed practice dated back as far as 2010 and numerous victims have been identified.

Anyone who has received dentistry work from either of the two suspects is asked to contact the Cobb County Police Department at 770-499-3945.
