Pedestrian struck near Piedmont Road dies
ATLANTA - A pedestrian struck by a vehicle near Piedmont Road has died, according to Atlanta Police.
The incident happened at the intersection of Piedmont Road and Morosgo Drive Tuesday morning.
Police said the victim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
The identity of the victim has been yet been released.
