ATLANTA (AP) — Organizers say a massive electronic dance music festival held in suburban Atlanta the past three years will not return in 2016.

TomorrowWorld officials announced the cancellation of the three-day festival on their website Wednesday. The cancellation comes after TomorrowWorld fell under scrutiny last year for messy conditions at the sprawling farmland venue in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia.

The announcement also comes after SFX Entertainment Inc., the company behind TomorrowWorld, filed for bankruptcy protection last month.

Last year, ticketholders were offered refunds after bad weather made the event inaccessible to them on the final day. Only visitors in the onsite camping area could get into the festival after rainfall over several days hampered access to festival parking fields, drop-off locations and the shuttle system.

Organizers say TomorrowWorld drew about 160,000 attendees in 2014.
