LITHONIA, Ga. - Officials with DeKalb County Schools said a school resource officer had to use pepper spray to break up a fight.
The brawl happened at around 3:30 p.m. at Lithonia High School. School officials released a statement, saying the fight involved two female students.
They said the officer and 10 other students had to be treated for pepper spray exposure. Officials said their first priority is always the safety of all the students and staff.
The district is now investigating the incident.
