Former hospice nurse Mary Bennett was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury on four counts of identity fraud related to her claim she suffered for years from ovarian cancer.

Authorities told the FOX 5 I-Team the 29-year-old Cumming woman never had cancer. Instead, they say she used the diagnosis to collect at least $25,000 in freebies and cash.

A judge set bond in the Fulton County case at $40,000. She's already facing theft charges in Forsyth County.
