New picture released in hit and run case

ATLANTA - Atlanta Police have released new pictures of an SUV whose driver apparently hit and severely injured a man before fleeing the scene.

Police said the driver struck Wayne Bauman as he walked along the sidewalk On Martin Luther King Jr Drive and Wellington Street last month when he was struck by a Honda Pilot

According to witnesses, the driver lost control and drove up onto the sidewalk.

Police said the Honda Pilot likely has damage to the front passenger side.
