New Mexico compound suspects in court
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A judge has pushed back a detention hearing for five former residents of a New Mexico compound who are facing federal firearms charges.
Wednesday's decision came after public defenders asked for more time to prepare.

Meanwhile, recently released court documents are shedding light on who really was in charge at the compound.
Five suspects were in court Wednesday including Siraj Wahhaj, who police said kidnapped his son from Clayton County last December.
Abdul Ghani's body was found on the compound.
According to the documents, Jany Leveille was the leader and wanted to marry Wahhaj to stay in the United States.
