Multi-million-dollar drug trafficking ring bust

Authorities bust a multi-million-dollar drug trafficking ring in North Georgia.

A 5-month-long investigation by the sheriff’s offices in Banks and Jackson counties as well as federal authorities has led to 14 arrests.

Investigators say those people are members and suppliers of the Larry 'Lil Man' Fricks’ drug organization.

Authorities say Fricks and his organization have been active in Banks, Hall, and Jackson counties as well as surrounding communities for many years.

Investigators say the organization is responsible for distributing more than 100 kilograms of meth with a street value of $3.5 million.
