More images of 'person of interest' in deadly shooting at Atlanta recording studio

Atlanta Police have released new images providing a different angle of a car believed to belong to a person of interested in a fatal shooting outside an Atlanta recording studio July 12.

Investigators said the video shows a dark-colored sedan. The car has a spare tire on the passenger side. Police said the video also shows two persons of interest.

Police have identified the two men in the background previously released photos as “persons of interest” in their investigation. Police also want to find a Pontiac Grand Prix which was spotted near the crime.

According to detectives, 30-year-old Scott Marthone was found in the back parking of Loud House Studios on Liddell Drive just after 10 p.m. last Thursday. He had been shot in the head.

Marthone, who was passionate about his job and hoped to one day own his own company, was working security at the location.

Detectives don't have a motive for the crime but think this was targeted and not a random act.
