Missing Gwinnett woman found safe
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Missing 76 year old Marie Alexis has been found safe.
Dozens of officers searched for Alexis who was last seen in the 4500 block of Sequoia Park Trail around 5 p.m., according to Gwinnett County Police. She was last seen walking towards the subdivision’s exit.
Officers and volunteers searched the area well into the evening hours for her. Family members tell police that Alexis suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
Alexis was found by officers early Thursday Morning, she has been taken to a local hospital for evaluation .
