Missing Floyd County woman

FLOYD COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Authorities in Floyd County are eager to find a 28-year-old

Felicia Costlow was last seen Jan. 23 along Conns Lake Road, according to the Floyd County Police Department.

Costlow is described by police as having short red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark brown dress and no shoes

Police say she has a history of mental illness and drug abuse.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911 immediately.
