Memorial held for fallen Kennesaw Police officer
KENNESAW, Ga. - A special memorial was held Tuesday for a Kennesaw Police officer killed during a firearms training exercise.
Officer Tara Drummond was accidentally shot and killed while training at the North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy in 2005.
Tuesday, a group of bike riders from The Honor Roll are riding from Birmingham to Charlotte.
The Honor Roll Riders will eventually make their way to Washington, D.C. to participate in Law Enforcement Week.
