Mattie's Call issued for 16-year-old Clayton County boy

Police in Clayton County have issued a Mattie’s Call, Georgia emergency missing alert for disabled or elderly persons, for a missing 16-year-old boy.

Phillip Cartledge left his home after getting into an argument with his mother. Clayton County Police said he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, major depression disorder, and ADHD, but is not currently taking any medication for the disorders

Cartledge is described by police as being 5’8” tall, weighing 110 pounds, with blue eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an army-style jacket and a blue book bag.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
