Man indicted on 35 counts in chase, crash that left 2 people dead
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A Fulton County grand jury indicted a man accused in a police pursuit that resulted in the deaths of two people last month.
Kahre Williams, 34, was indicted on 35 counts including two counts of felony murder.
On April 20, around 3:40 a.m., a Georgia State Patrol trooper tried to pull Williams over on Spring Street. But officers said Williams took off and led them on a chase before losing control and crashing into two other vehicles on the Downtown Connector.
The wreck left two people dead and five others injured.
