Man Drives Truck Into Dunwoody Home

DUNWOODY, Ga. - Dunwoody Police charged a man with Driving Under the Influence after crashing his truck into a house Saturday.
According to a post on the Dunwoody Police Department's Facebook page, the incident happened at 3:30am on Manhasset Drive.
Officers reported the man behind the wheel of a black truck drove through three yards before striking a house with his vehicle. During the incident, the driver's truck also ruptured a gas and water line, causing evacuations to surrounding homes in the neighborhood.
The suspect told responding officers he thought he was in Cobb County headed to Woodstock at the time. He was taken to the Dekalb County Jail and charged with DUI.
