Man convicted of threatening nursing facility staff

The Cobb County District Attorney said a man has been convicted of terroristic threats for his actions at a Marietta nursing facility.

Officials said John Wallace burst into Signature Healthcare on Kennesaw Avenue back on April 21. Police said he was enraged and screaming at the employees inside.

He apparently blamed the nurses for the death of his sister and screamed he'd kill them with a gun.

Wallace denied threatening anyone and claimed they were conspiring against him.

The jury convicted him of five counts of terroristic threats.
