Man Arrested in Woman's Death near MARTA Bus Stop

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Police have made an arrest in the death of a 17-year-old woman in DeKalb County.

Deandre Seabrooks, 29, has been charged with the murder of Sariah Wilcoxson. Her body was found in the 2100 block of Flat Shoals Road, lying in grass next to the sidewalk near a MARTA bus stop on the evening of Jan. 11.

Seabrooks was arrested in Stockbridge on Thursday. Investigators believe an ongoing dispute led to Wilcoxson’s shooting death.
