An Atlanta Police employee is accused of impersonating an officer after a road rage incident.

Acworth Police said a woman called 911 after a man followed her home and confronted her while her 12-year-old son was inside the car.

The woman said he was wearing his city of Atlanta clothes and told her he was an officer.

That man, who police identified as Wayne Cutshall told investigators the woman pulled out in front of him and almost caused an accident.

Police said Cutshall does, in fact, work for APD, but is a civilian employee.

He was arrested shortly after.
