Police believe the man named as a suspect in the shooting death of a woman and seen in surviellence video is that of Raylong Browning.

A man accused of gunning down a woman on Peachtree Street, and assaulting someone at the Fulton County Jail was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

Raylon Browning, 39, was scheduled to appear in the Fulton County courthouse at 9:30 a.m., but was deemed "mentally unfit" to appear in court Thursday. Browning is accused by police of shooting and killing 40-year-old Trinh Huynh while she was walking to work in the 900 block of Peachtree Street NE around 7:40 a.m. on April 2.

Hundreds gathered in Midtown later that week to remember Huynh.

“Every time I talk to her, which was multiple times a week, the word love came up many, many times,” said Huynh’s sister, Dao Huynh. “Whether it was loving her friends, her family, the work that she is doing, the students that she coached, living in the community, being here she just exuded loved.”

Huynh’s sisters and mother, who was in Vietnam when she learned of the horrifying news, listened as loved ones spoke about a woman they described as witty, passionate, enthusiastic, who never met a stranger.

“What I want people to remember about Trinh is the huge heart that she had,” said Brain Davis, who was a friend.
