What they're saying:
"Everyone keeps telling me it's a big adjustment, but I feel like it's the same. I'm trying to make it as normal as it can be," Alyssa Stringer said. Alyssa's spirits are high as she adjusts to life without her left leg. "My pain is getting kind of under control now, but it was pretty bad just because that's a lot on my body since I'm not that big, and I had a few surgeries and had to have a few blood transfusions," she explained.
"We've had so many people call or text and say we're praying for you guys constantly, which is amazing," Alyssa's mom, Jennifer Bostic, said.
