Judge orders 3rd election for House District 28

A controversial State House race has taken another bizarre turn forcing voters to cast their ballots for the third time.

Friday, a judge overturned the Georgia House District 28 race results.

This is the second time the results of the hotly contested race between Banks County Representative Dan Gasawayt and Chris Irwin have been thrown out.

Irwin won the most recent election in December by three votes.

After arguments, the judge decided at least four ballots were illegally cast and has ordered a third election.
