Judge grants bond to Pickens County couple accused of child abuse
PICKENS COUNTY, Ga. - A judge has granted bond to the Pickens County couple accused of holding their teenage daughter hostage.
Bond was set Wednesday at $100,000 each for Neil and Janet Farrel.

Deputies said they would lock their daughter in her room, force her to use a bucket to relieve herself and use surveillance cameras to keep an eye on her.
The Farrels are charged with exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult, false imprisonment, and cruelty to children.
