Iconic home of "Madea" damaged by tree

ATLANTA - Recognize this house?

Storms across metro Atlanta on Saturday evening knocked a tree onto the iconic home of Mabel "Madea" Simmons from the Tyler Perry "Madea" movies.

The house is on the corner of Avon Avenue in Southwest Atlanta.  The tree fell on the porch of the home. Luckily, no further damage was done to the home.
