I-285 shut down after wreck, fuel spill

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta Fire crews have shut down all lanes on Interstate 285 at Interstate 20 because of a large fuel spill.

Officials say the spill happened due to an auto wreck which has resulted in a large quantity of fuel spilled.

There are injureies due to the wreck, but officials have not released the extent.

A HazMat squad is on the scene to handle the spill.

The cause of the accident is unknown.
