Here are the featured segments for today's Good Day Atlanta:

Allergy-free Halloween with Samantha Ward: The founder and owner of Orchids Baked Goods, an Atlanta-based baked goods company for kids (and adults) that specializes in allergy-free sweet treats. She'll demo a s'mores recipe.  Her son Micah was born with 5 food allergies so she had to create sweet treats for all of his activities – sports, after-school, birthday parties. She created the recipes from scratch in her own kitchen and then started sharing them with friends and family. With Halloween around the corner, a lot of parents are looking for allergy-free alternatives for Halloween events. Obviously trick-or-treat, but also school parties and sleepovers.

Easy DIY Halloween looks with Nyssa Green: Halloween is next Tuesday, but many Halloween parties are happening this weekend. Nyssa Green has some cute quick looks that you can pull together from home.

"Rustin" with Tony award-winning director, George C. Wolfe: George has strong ties to the Center for Civil & Human Rights in Atlanta, as an artistic designer over the years. The film is about activist Bayard Rustin who faces racism and homophobia as he helps change the course of Civil Rights history by orchestrating the 1963 March on Washington. "Rustin" will premiere In Select Theaters November 3, and On Netflix November 17. Watch the trailer here.

Christal Jordan has the latest entertainment: Many celebs are releasing memoirs. The latest to do so is Brittany Spears. Her memoir "The Woman in Me" hits shelves today. Christal breaks down what it's about, and Jada Pinkett-Smith's book tour. She had a stop in Atlanta Monday night.
