Gainesville man arrested in Jasper Waffle House robbery

The man wanted for robbing a Waffle House last weekend in Jasper is behind bars, according to police.

The Jasper Police Department posted on Facebook that William Timothy Myers was taken into custody by the Gainesville Police Department. Police said Myers robbed the Waffle House on Interstate South Drive before 1 a.m. on Saturday

Police said Myers was recognizable by several tattoos, including a Ralph Lauren logo tattoo on the left side of his face and a cursive “H” between his eyes.

Myers lives in Gainesville, according to police.
