Funeral held for Dunwoody UGA student

Friends and family of a University of Georgia student killed in a crash last week said their final goodbyes on Sunday. 

The funeral for Halle Scott was held at a Dunwoody church. 

Ahead of Scott's funeral, loved ones and teachers and teachers gathered at Dunwoody High School for a vigil where they held lights to honor the life of Halle Scott.  

"Even though she's not here, I feel her all around me," said Halle's brother Will.

Halle's brother asked friends and family to pray for the families of the other young women who lost their lives. A marketing major at the University of Georgia, Scott was also a member of Tri Delta sorority.  According to many friends who attended the memorial, Scott was well-liked when she graduated Dunwoody High School in 2014.

Scott and three of her friends were killed when the Toyota Camry they were in lost control and hit another car head-on in Oconee County Wednesday night. The driver Agnes Kim survived, but is in a coma. 

Funerals for Kayla Canedo, Brittany Feldman and Christina Semeria are scheduled for Tuesday.
