ATLANTA - A Freeze Warning remains in effect until 10 a.m. Thursday for all of north Georgia with temperatures down into the 20s. This results in conditions that could harm sensitive plants and vegetation.
As for comfort level, winds won't be as gusty today, so wind chill values won't be as dramatic. And after the morning chill, a warming trend will be underway that lasts into next week. Today's highs will warm well above yesterday's cold 30s and 40s.
Under clear skies and light winds tonight, temperatures will be cold, but many areas will remain above freezing.
Temperatures that are more in line with seasonal averages for mid-March will return tomorrow.
