Free gas for mothers in Marietta

MARIETTA, Ga. - Enlightened Christian Center Church, a local community church in Marietta, will be honoring the mothers of their community with a “Free Gas Giveaway.” 

The event will be at the Exxon gas station located on the corner of Bells Ferry Road and Cobb Parkway at 1251 Cobb Pkwy North in Marietta. 

This local community organization will be serving the mothers in the immediate Marietta and Kennesaw area on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. until the gas runs out.  “We aim to be a blessing to many mothers and show mothers in the great city of Marietta that we care about them and want to make their Mother’s Day weekend special,” said pastor, Dr. Bryant Bel. “We are excited about our Men Unlimited Life Group (men’s ministry) providing this service for the moms in our community and actually putting the free gas in their vehicles.”

The organization’s pastor is expecting a significant line of cars to be backed up on Cobb Parkway. “It is first come first serve until the gas runs out, so come out early!”
