FOX 5's Paul Milliken breaks it down for National Dance Day

This Saturday at the Avalon in Alpharetta Club Vibe Fitness teams up with Athleta to host a local family friendly dance event that is free to the public.  

Thursday, Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken got a preview of the big dance party.  

National Dance Day was launched in 2010 by "So You Think You Can Dance," co-creator and Dizzy Feet Foundation co-president Nigel Lythgoe.
