Katrina Taylor-Parks, the deputy chief of staff for former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, collapsed in federal court while the judge announced her sentence as part of the Atlanta City Hall bribery scandal.

A nurse removed Taylor-Parks from the courtroom in a wheelchair. Medics were checking her out.
