A former baggage handler will spend two and a half years in prison for smuggling weapons into planes at the world's busiest airport.

Eugene Harvey worked for Delta at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

According to the U.S. Attorney, Harvey used his security badge to get weapons through checkpoints and then he would hand off the guns to other Delta employees.

That person would carry the weapons up to New York in carryon luggage.

In all, a team of five men got 135 weapons through undetected.

They have all now been arrested.
