Five charged in Gwinnett County homicide
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Five people have been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting Friday night at an apartment complex in Gwinnett County.
It happened at the Anzio Apartments on Sweetwater Road. Gwinnett County Police have identified the victim as Noel Reed, 20, of Duluth, Ga.
Investigators told FOX 5 five suspects met with Reed at the location for a marijuana sale. But Reed attempted to rob the group of the drug at gunpoint, and consequently, one of the suspects shot him to death, according to authorities.
Moments after the gunfire, an officer spotted the suspects in their getaway car about a half mile away from the complex on Old Norcross Road. The suspects face the following charges:
Sean Swanson, 23 – Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession with Intent to
Marijuana.
Tia Coleman, 17 – Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession with Intent to Distribute
Marijuana.
Dominic Fullwood, 23 – Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Darquez Fullwood, 20 - Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Terrell McCallum, 23- Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Failure to
Appear.
