A father said he forgives the man who shot and killed his son outside of a Buckhead nightclub three weeks ago.

In a new development, Atlanta Police have identified the shooter and even issued a warrant for his arrest, but they are not releasing his name.

Sean Mobley's father said time has not healed the gaping hole in his heart for his first born child.

"It feels like someone pulled my heart out of my chest. It is a surreal feeling to lose a child," Ronnie Mobley exclaimed.
