Family of 5-year-old boy who died at summer camp files suit

The family of a little boy who died last year at a summer camp is now suing the operators and the owner.

Benjamin Hosch, III drowned last summer at the Camp Cricket Summer Day Camp at the Cochran Mill Nature Center.

His parents said the camp did not list swimming as an activity and Benjamin did not know how to swim.

Another defendant in the in this lawsuit is the city of Chattahoochee Hills.

The lawsuit announced by the family's attorneys' Tuesday alleges the city allowed the camp to operate illegally without proper permits.

The suit comes just a week after indictments were handed down in the case.
