Ebenezer Baptist Church now target of hate-filled emails
The Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, the spiritual home of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., has been targeted again, this time by hate emails.
The emails came in the days after someone left Confederate flags on the church's campus.
The missives were filled with racial ranting and disparaging words against Dr. King.
The superintendent of the King National Historic Site called the emails an insult to the King legacy.
The emails have been turned over to police.
Security at the site has been enhanced.
