Dramatic video: Tampa dog's life saved after near drowning
The dramatic rescue of a dog was captured in a YouTube video that is set to go viral, July 14. Ignacio Torano was on the beach at Davis Island Dog Park in Tampa, Florida, when a dog was brought to shore, unconscious, having begun to drown after swallowing too much salt water. After some worrying moments the dog was brought back to consciousness, much to the relief of onlooking dog owners.
