Downtown connector crash leaves 1 dead, 3 others injured

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A two-vehicle car crash on the downtown connector left one person dead, and three others hospitalized early Thursday morning. 

The accident happened around 4:30 a.m. I-75/I-85 Southbound near Fair Drive. 

The crashed caused all lanes to be shut down during the busy morning commute. 

Police cleared the scene around 6:30 a.m. and traffic lanes reopened a short time later.
